Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This policy explains how Welfi subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. Payments for Welfi are processed by our payments provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear on your statement as “Paddle”.
1. Free trial
Welfi includes a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. You are not charged during the trial, and if you do nothing when it ends your account simply moves to read-only — no automatic charge is made from the trial alone.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Core and Premium) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and, where available, in your local currency at checkout.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens your secure customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
4. Refunds
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or you contact us within 14 days of a charge and have not substantially used the paid features, we will provide a refund. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Because Welfi is a digital service billed for a defined period, we generally do not refund partial or unused time on a plan outside the cases above, except where required by law.
5. How to request a refund or get help
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Billing, or email us at info@welfi-app.com. Please include the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer or statutory refund rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
